What does a typical workday look like for you?

There is no “typical” workday for me because every day is different! That is one of the things that I love most about my job – the variety of responsibilities and activities that I support, from technical review of assay feasibility and validation data to coordination of sample analysis timelines with clinical study teams and CROs to training junior team members on client processes. This variety appeals to me because it keeps me engaged and on my toes and ensures that there is never a dull moment!

Excellence: I pride myself in providing superior technical project management support to our client. I am currently supporting a particularly challenging piece of a larger clinical trial that has required my strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, clear communication skills, and patience. The project is nearing the finish line, and I can truly say that I have given it my all, contributing to its successful outcome.

What would your colleagues say your superpower is at LabConnect?

My colleagues would say that my superpower is my attention to detail. I am extremely detail-oriented and excel at reviewing documents and data and identifying inconsistencies that require correction.
