Employee Wellness

The wellbeing of our employees and their families are especially important to all of us at LabConnect. Our Employee Assistance Program provides an abundance of resources and materials, and our Wellness Program offers discounts on health products and services.
Additionally, our medical plans offer coverage for mental health counseling services as needed.

We seek to live out our values by encouraging employees to use a paid Volunteer Day to give back to their community. During onboarding, you are assigned a mentor through our PeerConnector Program for support to set you up for success. AwardCo allows peers and managers to recognize each other and show appreciation for living out the LabConnect values in our work.

Work Life Balance

LabConnect has a flexible employment model that offers opportunities that are both on-site and remote (position dependent). In addition to our 10 paid company holidays, we have a PTO program that increases with tenure and allows for carryover. When you’re on PTO, we want you to relax and recharge, and return to work refreshed.

Tax-Advantaged Savings

In addition to funding your 401k, there are other ways to set aside pre-tax dollars, saving you money. Based on the medical plan you choose, you are able to contribute to a Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account on a pre-tax basis to use for any approved medical expenditures.

Security If You Need It

LabConnect offers 100% company paid Short Term and Long-Term Disability coverage. We also provide Life and AD&D Insurance. During the open enrollment period, you also have the option to enroll in additional Life Insurance coverage for you and/or your dependents.
